Four college signings by Clipper athletes Wednesday

The Sturgeon Bay High School celebrated the college signings of four Clipper athletes on Wednesday morning.  Dozens of students, coaches, and parents attended the signings by Alumni Hall in the school.  Track star Chase Hasenjager will be going to St. Norbert College in De Pere to run Track and Field for the Green Knights.  Mason Sacotte will play football for the Pointers of UW-Stevens Point.  Brody Kollath will play football for the UW-Oshkosh Titans next fall.  Eli Schuster will kick for the Lakeland College Muskies during the football campaign.  Track and Field Coach Troy Hasenjager says coaching his son and seeing him compete at the next level is very special.

Head Football Coach Carl Waterstreet shares some of the great qualities Sacotte, Kollath, and Schuster brought to the Clipper program since he coached them in grade school.

The four Clippers had committed to their respective colleges earlier in the month when signings were allowed.  You can watch Tuesday’s ceremony below.
