Despite having matches on Thursday, the Luxemburg-Casco and Sturgeon Bay soccer teams will be at it again on Friday.

A hard-fought game that the Sturgeon Bay girls' soccer team controlled still ended in a 1-1 draw against NEW Lutheran. The Clippers travel to Three Lakes for a 6 p.m. match on Friday.

The Luxemburg-Casco soccer team needed just one goal to get past their NEC rivals on Thursday, beating Fox Valley Lutheran 1-0 on the road. The Spartans are back in action on Friday night when they cross into Brown County to play Green Bay Preble at 6:30 p.m.
