The area's golf teams will try to fit in rounds of golf before the afternoon rains hit the area.
The Packerland Conference golf season continues its season north on Thursday when Gibraltar welcomes teams to Peninsula Golf Course. Sevastopol, Kewaunee, NEW Lutheran/Providence Academy, Oconto, Peshtigo, Southern Door, and Sturgeon Bay are also participating. Tee time is set for 4 p.m.
Luxemburg-Casco might have a better chance at getting their round in when they tee off at 10 a.m. at River Island Golf Course in Oconto Falls. Clintonville, Denmark, Fox Valley Lutheran, Freedom, Little Chute, Marinette, Oconto Falls, Waupaca, and Wrightstown are also scheduled to participate.
