After battling some postponements on Thursday, the area's baseball teams are ready for more action on Friday.

The Kewaunee Storm will host the Gibraltar/Washington Island Vikings on Friday afternoon in a Packerland Conference baseball doubleheader. The first pitch of the opener from Kewaunee High School is set for 4:00 p.m., with the pregame starting at 3:45 p.m. on 104.1 WRLU.  Paul Schmitt and Henry Annen will have the call for the doubleheader, which will also be streamed on New Radio Sports Network.

Other games scheduled for Friday include Southern Door visiting Oconto (3:45 p.m.), Algoma traveling to NEW Lutheran (4 p.m.), Sturgeon Bay hosting Peshtigo (4:30 p.m.), and Luxemburg-Casco hosting Clintonville.

Games featuring Algoma, Luxemburg-Casco and Sturgeon Bay were postponed on Thursday.
