After being rained out on Tuesday, the area's baseball teams are heading into the weekend in a dead sprint, with teams playing two, if not three, days in a row.

Thursday's action included Luxemburg-Casco beating Ripon 5-0 and Sturgeon Bay falling to Green Bay Southwest 12-7.

Friday's slate includes Gibraltar visiting Crivitz (4 p.m.) and Sevastopol hosting Random Lake (5 p.m.).
