All three soccer teams exit WIAA tournament

There will be no more teams in the WIAA Girls Soccer Tournament representing Door and Kewaunee counties after all three teams fell in the openers on Thursday.

Luxemburg-Casco was able to find the back of the net, but not enough times as they lost to NEC rival Fox Valley Lutheran 3-2 in overtime.

A first-half goal by NEW Lutheran proved to be enough as the Sturgeon Bay Clippers girls' soccer team fell to NEW Lutheran 1-0 in the WIAA Tournament on Thursday.

Sevastopol/Gibraltar fell to host Wrightstown 5-0.
