Rockers struggles continue in LaCrosse

The Green Bay Rockers have not been able to find their championship form from a year ago as they dropped to 1-7 on the season with an 11-7 loss to the LaCrosse Loggers on Wednesday.

The Rockers took an early lead thanks to a three-run third inning that saw Jake Bold slap an RBI single. They would lose the lead in the fourth inning but retake it in the sixth inning when a simple groundout turned into two runs because of an error. After the Loggers tied the game in the eighth, Luke Davis made the Rockers pay for their mistakes in the ninth with a walk-off grand slam.

Bold has two of the Rockers' five hits, posting two RBI along with Carson Hansen. Payton Mansfield delivered the biggest blow for the Rockers with a home run.
