Days after the Wisconsin GLO announced they would be opening a new season in a different league this Saturday, the franchise has pulled the plug on the year.
According to WBAY, the Oshkosh Arena, the GLO's home court, announced that the team would not be playing this summer. The arena is being foreclosed on after missing several payments, among other problems. The GLO's new league, the IPWBL, told WBAY it is prepared to have its season without the GLO as a member. The GLO is coming off two championship seasons in its three-year existence.
