The week of rain may have forced Kolberg and Maplewood to call off their game before the first pitch, but the other three Door County League games were able to get underway on a sun-splashed Sunday.

A nine-run third inning catapulted the Washington Island Islanders to a 16-0 win over the Institute Cubs Sunday afternoon in Institute.

A see-saw affair tilted in favor of Egg Harbor at the end as they beat Baileys Harbor 10-8 at home on Sunday.
