Cross country teams take to courses Thursday

After a week away, the area's cross-country teams return to action on Thursday with meets across northeast Wisconsin.

 

Luxemburg-Casco, Kewaunee, Southern Door, and Sevastopol will join Appleton East, Ashwaubenon, Bay Port, De Pere, Freedom, Gillett, Green Bay East, Green Bay Southwest, Hartford Union, Kewaskum, Kohler, Laconia, Laona-Wabeno, Lena, Manitowoc Lincoln, Manitowoc Lutheran, Mukwonago, New London, Oconto Falls, Peshtigo, Plymouth, Pulaski, Seymour, Shawano Community, Waterford, Wausau West, West De Pere, Winnebago Lutheran Academy, Winneconne, and Wrightstown for a meet hosted by De Pere at UW-Green Bay with the first varsity race beginning at 5:20 p.m.

 

Sturgeon Bay will run at Green Bay's Josten Park against Bonduel, Omro, Ripon, Sheboygan Falls, Sheboygan North, NEWCHAA (Northeast Wisconsin Christian Homeschoolers Athletic Associaton), and Providence Academy (Green Bay) beginning at 3:30 p.m.

 

Gibraltar will visit Kiel to face Valders, Little Chute, Campbellsport, Chilton, Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah, Hilbert, Kohler, Mishicot, New Holstein, Oostburg, Port Washington, Random Lake, Roncalli, St. Lawrence Seminary, Two Rivers, Washington County Home School Athletics, Kettle Moraine Lutheran, St. Mary's Springs Academy, Reedsville, and Denmark for an invite starting at 4 p.m.
