After a thirty-minute delay due to weather, the Sturgeon Bay Clippers and the Notre Dame Tritons played to a scoreless tie on U102.1.  The Clippers were able to hang with one of the top Division 2 teams in the state.

JJ Olson played great in the goal for the Clippers, keeping the Tritons off the scoreboard.

Sturgeon Bay Coach Todd Maas said in the post-game show, "We played pretty well today.  I'm very proud of the boys."

In other local soccer action, the Luxemburg-Casco Spartans dropped a 3-1 decision to the Waupaca Comets in the NEC.
