Volleyball round-up: Packerland players hit same dig milestone

Luxemburg-Casco stayed perfect in conference action while Gibraltar's Pam Prescott and Algoma's Mylee Jones each hit the same milestone during their match.

The Luxemburg-Casco volleyball team overcame a stumble in the third set to defeat Wrightstown 3-1 Thursday night.

Algoma's Mylee Jones and Gibraltar's Pam Prescott now have more in common than just being Packerland Conference volleyball players after each hit the 1,000 dig milestone Thursday night.

The Southern Door volleyball team took the first set but could not earn another in a 3-1 loss to NEW Lutheran on Thursday night.

Other scores include Kewaunee topping Sturgeon Bay 3-1.
