The Green Bay Gamblers came up empty in Lincoln this weekend, losing the matchups 9-1 on Friday and 5-4 on Saturday.

In Friday's blowout loss, Aidan Park's tally to open the third period was the lone bright spot for the Gamblers after seeing the first 7-0 goals against them and their top returning goalie Gavin Moffatt give up four goals in just over 30 minutes.

In Saturday's nail-biting loss, Mykhailo Danylov started the Gamblers with a goal in the first period, only to see the Stars score the following four goals unanswered. The Gamblers would chip away in subsequent periods. Nick Knutson scored in the second, and the combination of Andrew O'Sullivan and Park tied the game in the third, only to see the Stars score the game-winning score in the first overtime.
