The Green Bay Gamblers used a three-goal second period to thrust itself past the Omaha Lancers 4-2.

Trailing 1-0 heading into the frame, Will Zellers, Geno Carcone, and Owen Buesgens all scored in the second period with Zellers and Buesgens' tallies coming within 30 seconds of each other.

The two teams traded goals in the third with Vasily Zelenov registering an empty netter for the final margin of victory.
