Just as he was getting back to practice, RB MarShawn Lloyd will have to wait again.

The Green Bay Packers announced on Wednesday that Lloyd would be placed on the reserve/non-football illness after having an appendectomy last week. He was just given clearance to practice last week after being placed on the injured reserve list in September for an ankle injury.

In unrelated news, the Packers signed WR Alex McGough to the practice squad. Coming off of his success in the UFL, McGough spent 2023 on the Packers practice squad and part of the 2024 offseason before being cut.
