Gamblers blown out by Phantoms

The Green Bay Gamblers' netminder gave up at least two goals in each period as they lost to the Youngstown Phantoms 8-3 Friday night at the Resch Center.

 

Aidan Park's 14th goal of the season broke up a streak of three straight goals for the Phantoms to open the game. After the Phantoms chased Gavin Moffatt early in the second period after two more goals. Andrew O'Sullivan and Egor Shilov narrowed the advantage to 5-3 heading into the third. The Gamblers' Dylan Johnson allowed three goals in the third period, giving seven different players multi-point games.

 

The Phantoms and the Gamblers will play a rubber match at the Resch Center on Saturday at 6:05 p.m.
