Door County girls basketball history is on the line on Saturday following Thursday's slate of games.
A longtime school record is set to fall on Saturday night after Naomi Rikkola and the Sevastopol Pioneers thrashed Two Rivers 74-32 on Thursday night. With 1,319 points, Rikkola needs four points to tie and five points to pass Michele Bushman. She will get her opportunity on Saturday when the Pioneers host the Blazers at 2 p.m.
Only one girls basketball game is scheduled for Friday with Luxemburg-Casco kicking off a night of grudge matches against Denmark at home at 5:45 p.m.
