Sevastopol and Southern Door picked up big rivalry night wins to highlight the area's boys basketball action on Thursday.

A strong second start to the 2nd half was enough for Southern Door to power past Sturgeon Bay, as heard on U-102.1 on Thursday night. 

The Sevastopol Pioneers boys basketball team shut down Gibraltar's offense in the second half to cruise to a 52-35 victory Thursday night in Institute.

The Algoma Wolves had three players with more than 15 points in their 80-65 win over NEWCHAA.

Friday's action includes Luxemburg-Casco visiting Waupaca (7 p.m.) and Kewaunee hosting Shiocton (7 p.m.).
