Kayin Jackson and Liam Lindenberg sparked Gibraltar's 49-45 win over Florence Saturday afternoon.
Jackson registered 11 of his 13 points in the first half to lead the Vikings into the locker room up 26-21. Liam Lindenberg continued his hot shooting from beyond the arc, hitting two threes in each half to end the game with a team-high 14 points. Jeffrey Mize and Aaron Brey hit big shots down the stretch, while Mize and Jackson hit crucial free throws to keep it a two-possession game late in the second half. Mize and Brey each chipped in eight points in the win. The Bobcats fell despite 21 points from Trath Setner.
