Boys basketball round-up: Eagles Fight Off Pioneers, Stay Perfect in Conference on U-102.1

Three local boys' basketball teams played on Saturday afternoon, but only one of them ended the day with a victory.

The Sevastopol Pioneers would fight until the final buzzer, but the Eagles would leave Saturday afternoon's game in Brussels with a 68-52 victory.

Missing their leading scorer, Kayin Jackson, proved to be too much for the Gibraltar boys basketball team to overcome as they lost their Saturday matinee to NEW Lutheran 47-33.
