Wide receiver Sterling Sharpe is not the only former member of the Green Bay Packers to get honored by the Pro Football Hall of Fame this year.
According to Packers.com, former athletic trainer Pepper Burruss will be one of 14 athletic trainers receiving recognition from the Pro Football Hall of Fame as an Award of Excellence recipient for 2025. He spent 26 years in Green Bay, most as head athletic trainer and then his final four seasons as director of sports medicine following a nearly-equal long career with the New York Jets. Burruss retired from the Packers in 2019.
