The Green Bay Packers are in Indianapolis this week trying to discover diamonds in the rough at the NFL Combine being held at Lucas Oil Stadium.
Many of the activities for the over 300 prospects begin later this week on Thursday, but meetings are already taking place. One of those meetings had the Packers making headlines as they reportedly proposed that the "tush push" be banned during gameplay. The play call made popular by the Philadelphia Eagles has been the target of criticism in recent years, though the Packers levied the harshest critique with the request.
Below is the schedule for the NFL Combine
Thursday, Feb. 27 (3 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET): Defensive linemen, linebackers
Friday, Feb. 28 (3 p.m. to 9 p.m. ET): Defensive backs, tight ends
Saturday, March 1 (1 p.m. to 9 p.m. ET): Quarterbacks, wide receivers, running backs
Sunday, March 2 (1 p.m. to 5 p.m. ET): Offensive linemen
