Local teams went 3-1 on Thursday night ahead of another busy night on the softball schedule for Friday.

In Thursday's action, Luxemburg-Casco shut out Seymour 2-0, Kewaunee lost to Wrightstown 7-0 after beating NEW Lutheran 4-1 on Wednesday, Sevastopol beat Valders 10-2, and Algoma sunk Marinette 3-1.

Weather permitting, Southern Door will welcome Gibraltar for a doubleheader (4 p.m.), Sturgeon Bay will visit Sevastopol (4:30 p.m.), and Algoma will travel to Wrightstown (4:30 p.m.) .
