Baseball round-up: Gibraltar/Washington Island, Kewaunee host regional title games on NRSN

Gibraltar/Washington Island and Kewaunee are back on the NEW Radio Sports Network Thursday afternoon in hopes of winning regional titles on their home diamond.

 

The Vikings will host Iola-Scandinavia in Fish Creek after the Thunderbirds ended Sevastopol's season Wednesday night with an 8-0 victory. Tim Kowols will have the call on 105.1. The GOAT will begin at 4:15 p.m., with the pregame show followed by the first pitch at 4:30 p.m.

 

Like the Vikings, the Storm hope Thursday was worth the wait after New Holstein won its postponed game on Wednesday. Paul Schmitt will have the call on 104.1 WRLU beginning at 4:15 p.m. with the pregame show followed by the first pitch at 4:30 p.m.

 

Algoma will travel to Chilton for its regional title game after beating Roncalli 3-0 on Wednesday.
