The Green Bay Rockers took the second game of their series against the Battle Creek Jacks on Friday, 8-5.
The Rockers scored all eight runs before the Jacks could scratch one across themselves. A three-run homer by Cayden Sheffield in the third inning and RBI doubles by Sheffield and David Ballenilla provided the biggest punches the Rockers would land against the Jacks before they started their rally. The Jacks matched the Rockers' three runs in the eighth inning, and they scored twice more in the ninth before the Rockers could secure the victory by striking out the batter that represented the game-tying run.
Aidan Kuni continued to rake against the Jacks with three hits while Caleb Daniel, Parker Martin, Sheffield, and David Mysza all had two hits in the Rockers' win.
