Rockers bounce back against Mallards

One day after being the victim of the first-ever individual no-hitter in Warner Park history, the Green Bay Rockers took home the win on Sunday, beating the Madison Mallards 5-3.

The two teams traded runs early, leaving the Mallards with a 3-2 lead after five innings. Aidan Kuni's homer tied the game, and a RBI double off the bat of Eli Selga gave the Rockers a lead they would not relinquish in the sixth inning. A David Mysza run-scoring single gave the Rockers an insurance run late before the bullpen locked things down on Green Bay's getaway day.

Max Humphrey and Cooper Smith each had two hits while Avery Duncan earned the win in relief, pitching 4.1 innings of scoreless relief.
