For the second time over the holiday weekend, the Green Bay Rockers lost 10-1 to a Northwoods League foe, this time coming at the hands of Wausau Woodchucks.
An RBI double off the bat of Aidan Kuni provided the lone Rockers run on the day to give the home team the lead in the second inning. The Rockers would go on to give up 10 unanswered runs, including three in the third and ninth innings. Woodchucks third baseman Dylan Schlotterback did most of the damage, going 3-3 with a homer and four runs scored. Dom Rodriguez knocked in four Woodchucks runs with a homer. Despite the offensive outage, the Rockers received multi-hit games from Kuni, Cayden Sheffield, and David Ballenilla. Cole Linton took the loss for the Rockers, allowing five runs (4 ER) on five hits.
