The Milwaukee Brewers have now lost three straight after a 9-0 loss to the Chicago White Sox yesterday.
Offensively, the Brewers only tallied four base hits including a triple from Jean Segura in the third inning. Aramis Ramirez, Logan Schafer and Jeff Bianchi had the other three hits in the loss.
On the mound, Kyle Lohse picked up his first loss of the spring allowing five runs in three and two thirds innings. Milwaukee used six different pitchers in the loss including Francisco Rodriguez who returned from injury after stepping on a cactus a week ago. His outing was only an inning of work, but struck out two out of the three patters he faced.
The Brewers look to get back to their winning ways this afternoon when the Texas Rangers come pay them a visit at Maryvale Baseball Park. Marco Estrada, Brewers most consistent pitcher this spring, gets the start. First pitch is scheduled for 3:05PM.
