Clippers Beat Algoma In Boys Hoops

Sturgeon Bay jumped out to a 22-7 lead after one quarter and went on to defeat Algoma 58-50 Friday night in Packerland Conference boys basketball. The Clippers hit eight three-pointers in the home court win. Nathan Abrahamson scored 13 points to lead Sturgeon Bay. Travis Kostichka put in 17 for the Wolves.

In other Packerland action it was Oconto defeating Sevastopol 55-51 and N.E.W. Lutheran taking care of Gibraltar 73-35.
